John Elliott is a Commercial Real Estate Facilitator, specializing in Tenant Lease Representation for small business space leases and assisting clients in obtaining improved leases. John successfully connects with property owners, listing agents, buyers and sellers by applying a common sense facilitation process.

John has 30 years experience in business and negotiation having negotiated joint venture agreements in eleven countries. As a former international chemical company president, John brings professional sales, management and negotiation abilities that lead to success in the business.

John's educational background also assists him in this process. John has a degree from Clemson University and he has completed several marketing and management courses at the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. John provides a unique depth of understanding, organization and professionalism to the real estate arena.
