Owner/Lesser brokers rent or sell space over and over again and have the experience to represent their client/seller in the transaction.

As a general rule, commissions are priced in the listing or asking price. In these cases, it does not cost you the Lessee anything above the asking price to let us represent you in the deal. If you don't have representation, you pay the same price because the commission is priced in for both sides.

There are many points to consider in getting the best Lease deal. If you're not a professional in making real estate deals, then you should consider having a broker on your side. In the long run, you will end up way ahead and could avoid making costly mistakes.

Where I have a listing, I will represent the owner. All other listings on MLS, I can represent you the buyer or lessee.
