  • Investigate available properties and with client analysis the most appropriate to match your needs.
  • Assist in lease analysis and negotiations. Identify lease provisions and allowances that may cost or save you money and explore possible "hidden" opportunities.
  • Create competitive bidding conditions among potential landlords for tenant to strengthen position.
  • Serve as a buffer between Tenant and the Landlord.
  • Serve as your Buyers Agent should purchasing become the plan.
